GreenCitizen offers two standard IT Support packages which can be tailored to your company\'s specific needs.

Annual contract with monthly retainer (20% discount) guarantees 5-12 hours of IT Support per month. Included in this package is a free monthly e-waste pickup, 24/7 remote system monitoring, and data backup.
Prepaid IT support. No annual contract. Hours are purchased in $400 and $800 blocks with a corresponding 15% or 30% discount respectively. Additional hours are billed at the discounted rate.
